New Journeys Program Manager

Overview Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals and families navigating mental health challenges? We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate New Journeys Program Supervisor to lead, inspire, and guide a dedicated team of up to 6 employees. In this key role, you’ll provide hands-on leadership, training, and support, ensuring a high standard of care for clients aged 15-40 facing psychosis and related challenges. This is an opportunity to lead a meaningful program that changes lives while developing skills in program management, staff leadership, and community collaboration. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and develop a team of up to 6 employees in the New Journeys program. Provide hands-on leadership, training, and support to ensure a high standard of care for clients aged 15-40 facing psychosis and related challenges. Work directly with clients and their families to assess needs, connect with vital community resources, educate about psychosis, and teach vital skills for managing symptoms and improving communication and problem-solving. Collaborate with community partners to support program goals and client outcomes. Location is in Tacoma, WA area. Qualifications LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or Licensed Agency Associated Counselor (LAAC). Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks.
