• Preschool-style routines and classroom readiness
• Group learning and peer interaction
• Communication and social skill development

• Independence and adaptive skills
• Family collaboration and transition support

• $90,000 – $100,000 salary (based on experience and competency)
• Up to $20,000 annual bonus potential
• Bonus structure focused on consistency and clinical quality
• No excessive billable hour pressure tied to bonuses

• No evenings
• No weekends
• No major holidays

Your time outside of work actually matters here. Hybrid Flexibility After your first 90 days, enjoy up to 10 hours per week of remote work for:

• Parent trainings
• Program modifications
• Report writing
• Administrative responsibilities

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience in early intervention, center-based ABA, or school readiness preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality, ethical ABA
• Collaborative, supportive mindset and love for working with families
• Interest in growth, leadership, and shaping a positive team culture
