Direct Support Professional (DSP) Position located in Somers Point, NJ. Salary: Starting at $20.42 and increases with education/experience. Benefits Time off benefits starting on day one. Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in achieving daily living goals such as food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and shopping. Supervise the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of individuals. Plan and participate in community‑based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings for individuals. Schedule and transport individuals to and from the day program. Qualifications Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Valid non‑provisional driver’s license. 18 years of age or older (required). Ability to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
