Life as a Crew Closer

Forget the typical fast food routine! As a Crew Closer , you'll prepare food the Olé way, connect with customers one-on-one, and be part of a team that feels like family. You'll move, groove, and contribute to the quality food experience our guests love!

Your Crew Closer position can be tailored to your schedule - either full-time (30-40 hours weekly) or part-time (15-30 hours weekly). Typical shifts run from 2:00 pm-10:30 pm or 5:00 pm-10:30 pm, with closing teams usually finished by 10:30 pm nightly.

Ensure our made-from-scratch menu items meet Taco John's high standards
Help create an energetic atmosphere for every guest
Master Restaurant Customer Service skills that benefit your future career

Close down the store safely and effectively

What You Need

Previous restaurant experience preferred, but we'll provide all the training you need to succeed as a Crew Closer . What matters most is your positive attitude and willingness to learn!
