Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati Northeast is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our growing team!

Shift : Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

Pay : $20 an hour

Location : Blue Ash Area

Responsibilities

Source, recruit, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of positions.
Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment tools to identify top talent.
Screen and assess candidate qualifications
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

Previous experience in Professional Customer Service
Bachelors Degree is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Computer skills
