UCHealth is seeking an LPN for our Acute Care Transition Specialty Unit, Nights. In this role, you will deliver direct bedside nursing care, support safe patient transitions, and collaborate with RNs and providers in a fast-paced hospital environment. Responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring and documenting patient status, assisting with admissions and discharges, and educating patients and families. You'll work within a patient-first, team-focused culture that values respect, diversity, and continuous learning, with opportunities for growth across our leading, nonprofit Colorado health system.
