Exciting Float Nursing Opportunity - Night Shift!

Job Description:


- Provide direct and indirect patient care in various units, including Med Surg and ICU.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurse managers, and co-workers regarding changes in patient conditions.
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in clinical conditions or treatment responses.
- Perform general nursing duties with confidence and skill.
- Assume responsibility for unit patient populations while adhering to established service excellence standards.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to ensure optimal care.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to interact efficiently with all customers.
- Work independently and delegate tasks appropriately when necessary.
- Effectively manage unexpected crises with a calm and confident demeanor.
- Adjust your schedule to meet unit needs, including floating to other areas as assigned.
- Participate in required weekend and holiday shifts.
- Adhere to all staffing and personnel policies, keeping all required licensures and certifications current.
