Job Title Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility Job Type Contract Duration 13 Weeks Urgency Quick Start Shift Day Shift Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The Physical Therapist will play a key role in evaluating residents, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
