As a Security Officer Overnight - Part Time in Augusta GA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff visitors and/or patients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities in a behavioral health setting.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including assisting with de-escalation support and contacting appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings common areas parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe daily activity to help to deter unauthorized entry document incidents and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Complete routine reports and maintain detailed records of patrols incidents and/or observed conditions while following post orders and client site expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
