We specialize in walk-inshowers, walk-in tubs, tub replacements, and full bathroomremodels, delivering high-quality installations and acustomer-first experience.
Weare are hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to runpreset, qualified in-home appointments and closehigh-quality remodeling projects.
Responsibilities
Run preset, qualified in-home appointments provided by Rose Remodeling
Present and sell bathroom remodeling solutions includingshowers, tubs, and full bath upgrades
Build rapport with homeowners, assess their needs, andprovide professional pricing and design solutions
Close deals in the home using Rose Remodeling's digitalquoting and contract tools
What We Offer
W-2, 100% commission role with no cap on earnings
Top performers earning $200,000 to $300,000+ per year

Preset, qualified leads provided daily so you can focus onselling, not prospecting

Qualifications
Must be available for a full-time in-home sales schedule
Strong communication and closing skills
Comfortable working in a commission driven environment
Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
In-home sales experience is a plus but not required
