We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Office Facilities Coordinator to join our client's team in a temp-to-perm capacity. salary: $28 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Maintain, clean, and fully stock pantry areas and operate two high-volume coffee machines
• Keep kitchen countertops, food prep spaces, and dining areas spotlessly clean and organized
• Restock fruit baskets, snacks, and beverages daily, while spot-cleaning floor spills as needed
• Prepare, organize, and reset conference rooms between meetings (aligning furniture, restocking tissues, pens, and note pads)
• Assist with the setup, organization, and post-event cleanup of daily catering platters and special company events
• Maintain inventory and restock all copy and print stations across both floors
• Break down boxes from incoming mail, packages, and vendor deliveries
• Perform routine touch-ups throughout the office, including wiping glass surfaces
• Monitor supply levels across the facility and notify management when reordering is necessary
