PharmacistWe are looking for a pharmacist to join our team of providing the highest quality of care, reliability, and support to our patients, caregivers, and families. In this role, the pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing clinical advice, as well as delivery services.Schedule:Monday - Friday10:00am - 6:00pm*Need to be able to cover vacations, PTO, sick days and/or emergencies**Medical, dental, vision insurance**Health savings & flexible spending accounts (up to $5,000 for childcare)**Tuition discounts & reimbursement**401(k)**Company paid time off**Shift differential**DailyPay**Pet insurance**Employee wellness and discount programs**Benefits may vary by employment status*Provides clinical consultations to patients as well as recommendations to nurses, physicians, and other hospice personnelEvaluates medication profiles, compliance, and modifications to achieve desired therapeutic outcomesAnswers customer questions and resolves customer issues in a timely mannerRetrieves data in the pharmacy systemManages medication ordersEnsures proper storage and security conditions for medicationsMaintains a productive, orderly, and error-free work environmentDoctor of Pharmacy Degree or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy DegreeCurrent and good standing pharmacist licenseStrong communication skills, customer service, and problem-solving skills
