Senior Associate Data Analytics (PGM Marketing Analytics)

Senior Associate Data Analytics Position: PGM Marketing Analytics, SMB Business Development, Inc., 300 Continental Drive, Newark, DE Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday Hybrid work: 2 days per week within a reasonable commuting distance of the Newark office. What you’ll do Support analytics initiatives, gather and analyze data, generate insights, and contribute to data‑driven decision making. Conduct data analysis, modeling, and reporting to deliver insights and recommendations. Gather, clean, and prepare data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Develop models and forecasts to support business planning and decision making. Create presentations on findings and provide recommendations to leadership. Create and maintain data documentation, dictionaries, and standard operating procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement of data quality and data management processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field. Two (2) years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or closely related role. Master’s degree accepted. Experience with SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI), SAS, and Microsoft Excel.
