Job Summary
Alliance Wellness Solutions is a licensed outpatient mental health practice committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and accessible behavioral health services to individuals, and families. We serve children, adolescents, and adults through therapy, psychiatric services, and behavioral support services. We are seeking a motivated and professional therapist to join our team. Responsibilities 

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

• Active Maryland clinical or graduate-level mental health license, or pending license expected within 30 days.
• Eligible licenses may include LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LGMFT, LCMFT, or other approved Maryland mental health licenses.
• Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage a part-time caseload.
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
• Commitment to culturally responsive and trauma-informed care.
• Must maintain professional liability insurance.
