Manpower is seeking a Customer Support Specialist - Help Desk (not IT) for a professional who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and supporting critical business operations. This position serves as the primary point of contact for the Help Desk, providing support for users of the system and other agency tools.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary contact for Help Desk inquiries
• Provide timely support to internal and external users 
• Troubleshoot user access, system navigation, and workflow issues
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, training, and support requests
• Escalate complex issues and track resolutions through completion
• Assist with training sessions, webinars, and user communications
• Participate in testing system updates and enhancements
• Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and training materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery
• Support data quality, compliance, and operational initiatives
• Assist with special projects and program support as needed

Preferred Experience

• Help Desk or customer support experience
• Technical support or system administration support
• Process documentation and training development
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
