**POSITION:**
**Certified Nursing Assistant, 7am-3pm, 8 hours every other weekend Saturday & Sunday, with rotating holidays**

**UNIT OVERVIEW:
Extended Care North (ECN)**- Serving residents in a long term care setting.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Attend shift report at beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing members * Assists patients with activities of daily living which may include dressing, feeding, bathing or any other hygiene needs * Assists the bedside nurse (RN or LPN) with patient treatment and examinations * Takes vital, documents status and gives treatment as directed by Registered Nurse * Participates in patient discharge planning * Performs other related projects and duties as assigned

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:** * 18 year of age * Successful completion of the 75-hour state approved nurse aide training program * Active Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in good standing in Nebraska
