RN (3-11 PM)

Job Description Position: RN Shift: 2nd Shift, 32 hours per week. Schedule: Week One: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday. Week Two: Saturday, Monday, Thursday, Friday. Pay: Starting at $40-$48 per hour base. Pay increases based on years of licensure. Shift differential eligible. StoneRidge is located on thirty-two acres just two miles from the riverfront and less than three miles from downtown Mystic, CT. Tasks may include the accurate and timely administration of medications and treatments, observational and clinical documentation, assisting in emergency calls, and updating Supervisors of changes. Essential Job Duties Assists in the supervision and direct care of residents and nursing personnel. Administers direct care as assigned. Gives and receives reports. Keeps physicians and families aware of changes in residents’ condition. Assists in developing comprehensive care plans. Qualifications Active, unrestricted RN license in Connecticut is required. Current CPR and IV certifications are required. Geriatric/rehabilitation experience with a good understanding of restorative nursing is required. Depends on employment classification. All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
