Reporting to unit nursing leadership with dependable charge support, the RN Coordinator Peds MedSurg professional will guide shift-to-shift operations, optimize staffing and skill mix, mentor teammates, advance quality and safety, facilitate family education and discharges, and champion a Just Culture on a friendly, diverse, interdisciplinary team; the RN Coordinator Peds MedSurg schedule features rotating days/nights, 36 hours per week, every other weekend, with a BSN required, two years of nursing experience, one year recent pediatric experience, and an active RN license.
