At Pacific Facility Solutions, we are seeking an enthusiastic full-time Parking Lot Line Striper - Seal Coat Applicator to join our dedicated team repairing, sealing and re-striping parking lots. Your day includes preparing work areas by shoveling, raking, and sweeping, overseeing set-up and clean-up tasks, and directing traffic to maintain a safe work environment. You monitor supply temperatures, provide labor support, and ensure that equipment and vehicles are properly maintained. You're a self-starter who works independently but also communicates effectively with your team.WHAT'S REQUIRED?18+ years oldValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordMUST have minimum 1+ years of experience in asphalt maintenanceGreat communication skillsExperienced with the means and methods necessary to execute the projectExceptional attention to detailKnowledgeable in precast wheel stop installation, crack seal, paint striping, and other pavement markingsWillingness to work outdoors and in all types of weatherAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbsAbility to perform other pavement-related servicesAbility to apply sealer by broom and spray applicationAbility to use gas power tools and power toolsAbility to work 6 days per week with weekends and overtime, when neededAbility to understand and speak in both English and Spanish is preferredABOUT PACIFIC FACILITY SOLUTIONSManaged by a team that has over 100 years of combined experience in commercial facility maintenance, construction, and project management services, we offer commercial facility maintenance services along the I-5 corridor between Blaine and Chehalis, WA.
