ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Lester Quiroa - State Farm Agent,  you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.

Our agency opened in 2025 and proudly serves customers throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana . We are focused on growth, consistent performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 10 years as a stockbroker on Wall Street , bringing financial experience, discipline, and a results-driven mindset to the agency.

As a proud Latino business owner , I am committed to serving and supporting the Latino community while bringing greater financial awareness to everyone. Our goal is to help individuals and families better understand their insurance and financial needs so they can make informed decisions and build a more secure future.

Our office is conveniently located near The Galleria mall, in Houston’s Tanglewood area . We are actively involved in the community through local Chambers of Commerce and are dedicated to building lasting relationships based on trust.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales in all P&C and Financial products.
• Assist customers with portfolio management.
• Conduct financial reviews and recommend appropriate products.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of experience in Sales.
• Analytical and communication skills.
