CMM Programmer (PC-DMIS) – High-Precision Tooling Environment Location: Racine, WI | Employment type: Permanent | Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 per year We produce custom washers and precision metal components, typically made through CNC machining, stamping, and metal forming. Our plant in Racine, Wisconsin manufactures tight-tolerance parts for industrial and OEM customers. Benefits Competitive salary ($80,000 – $100,000/year) 401(k) matching Accelerated career growth opportunities Challenging problems in a precision environment Responsibilities Support all Quality Assurance initiatives using quality planning, problem solving, RMA evaluation, reporting, manufacturing process improvements, and corrective/preventative actions. Program a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) using PC-DMIS. Accurately measure parts using CMM, micrometers, hand gages, or other precision instruments to perform first-piece or in-process inspections. Apply statistical techniques to troubleshoot and perform technical evaluations such as capability, capacity, and gauge R&R studies. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ manufacturing quality experience. Proficiency in programming a CMM with PC-DMIS. Basic knowledge of inspection and test equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints with geometric dimensioning & tolerancing. Experience with Minitab preferred. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
