Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract role seeks three passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologists (CCC), with placements available based on your interest and expertise: full-time at an educational support center (K-12 caseload), full-time split between two school sites, and part-time at a middle school location.

As an essential team member, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and fellow specialists to empower students in their communication abilities, ensuring they have every chance to shine academically and socially.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid Florida State License for Speech Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or closely related field
  • School-based SLP experience preferred, but all qualified candidates are encouraged
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Capability to manage a dynamic K-12 caseload independently or collaboratively
  • Willingness to complete timely credentialing and participate in a pre-screen interview process

Your Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for a diverse student population
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals
  • Conduct both individual and group sessions as appropriate
  • Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and collaborate with other team members to support student growth
  • Travel between one or two assigned schools as needed (depending on position)
