ICU RN Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered.
- Operate and monitor critical-care equipment and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
- Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care while maintaining professional standards.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing / Associate of Science in Nursing.
- Current RN license in State of CA
- BLS, ACLS,Certification
- Minimum of one (1) year related work experience within the last 3 years.
- Two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience is preferred.
- NIH Stroke Scale Certificate
- CCRN preferred.
- Dialysis, SLED or equivalent preferred.
- Additional certifications may be required
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements ) .
