Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Colorado
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; SLP-CFYs considered
• Previous school-based experience highly desirable
• Strong assessment, therapy planning, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning atmosphere

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across various grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services tailored to student needs in both individual and group sessions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide consultation and support to educators, families, and related service professionals
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
