About This Role The Clinical Nurse Liaison, RN is responsible for patient education and sales in a hospital setting, working directly with case managers and discharge planners to process home infusion referrals. This role is ideal for those with strong clinical and sales skills who are looking to make an impact in patient care. Highlights Pay: $60,200 - $107,400 annually Location: Kansas City, KS Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday What You’ll Do Provide clinical education and manage marketing services to hospital and physician referral sources. Assess and coordinate home infusion services with Case Managers and Discharge Planners. Provide patient and caregiver training on therapy, monitoring, and side effects. Maintain and grow facility customer relationships and provide responsive customer service. Conduct in-services and continuing education programs for referral sources and their support staff. Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and referral goals. Requirements Education: Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice. Experience: 2+ years of IV related clinical experience. Experience: 2+ years of experience working with laptops and/or tablets. Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in Kansas.
