Already experienced? Your starting pay will reflect what you can do.

We are looking for people with experience in painting, drywall, mudding and taping, insulation, carpentry, remodeling, and general construction. The more skills you bring to the position and the more work you can complete independently, the higher you may fall within our pay scale.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated abilities

• Paid biweekly

What You’ll Be Doing

Our Reconstruction Division handles repairs to residential and commercial properties following water, fire, storm, and other types of property damage.

Every job can be different.

Depending on your experience and skill level, you will perform or learn:

• Interior and exterior painting

• Painting preparation and surface protection

• Brush, roller, and other paint application techniques

• Drywall hanging and repairs

• Mudding and taping

• Sanding and drywall finishing

• Drywall texture matching and blending

• Insulation installation

• Baseboard, casing, and trim installation

• Door installation and adjustment

• Minor framing and framing repairs

• Blocking and backing

• Finish carpentry

• Subfloor and miscellaneous wood repairs

• General reconstruction and punch-list work

• Jobsite setup and protection

• Jobsite cleanup

• Residential and commercial property repairs

You may be painting and finishing drywall on one project and assisting with carpentry or other reconstruction work on the next. We are looking for people who are willing to learn and become well-rounded reconstruction technicians.
