Hilton Chicago is looking for their next Pot Washer!

Set along iconic Michigan Avenue, Hilton Chicago places guests steps from Grant Park, Lake Michigan, and Museum Campus with easy access to Soldier Field events, Chicago's renowned festivals, and the vibrant dining, nightlife, and cultural scene of the nearby Pilsen neighborhood.

Pay Rate: The hourly rate upon hire is $26.50.

Shift pattern: Person must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes AM, PM, weekends and holidays. Shifts can start as early as 7am and evening shifts extend to 11:30pm.

As a Pot Washer , you're not just keeping our kitchen and dining areas sparkling clean you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Keep serviceware spotless: Clean all cooking utensils, scrub pots and pans
• Monitor stock levels: Ensure supplies and equipment are always well stocked and organized for seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Perform essential cleaning tasks, including mopping and trash removal
• Train and mentor team members: Share your expertise with new stewards to help strengthen team performance
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
