About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary and results-driven Senior Vice President of Sales to lead their North American sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales engagement of a large customer base, spanning enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in scaling and redefining sales teams, implementing innovative sales technologies, and driving customer-centric growth strategies. The SVP will be at the forefront of identifying and maximizing the growth potential of new customers, and must be adept at leading teams through technology and process transformations. Strong analytical skills, a robust sales process, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams across all segments are essential. Applicants for the SVP of Sales position at the company must have a solid background in leading large-scale sales organizations within the communications technology segment, with a focus on both enterprise and mid-market environments.
