What You’ll Do

As a PTA, you’ll work closely with our Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary team to help residents improve their strength, mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.

• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist

• Assist residents with functional mobility, transfers, ambulation, and assistive devices

• Guide residents through strengthening, balance, and therapeutic exercises

• Monitor resident progress and response to treatment

• Accurately document treatment and progress using Net Health

• Communicate effectively with therapists, nursing staff, residents, families, and caregivers

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting

Qualifications

• Current or eligible Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in Pennsylvania

• CPR certification preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic activities

• Experienced PTAs and new graduates are welcome to apply!
