Shift: 9 AM - 5:30 PM | Monday - Friday

• A high school graduate or GED holder (previous customer service in a logistics environment a plus)
• Someone with solid typing speed and accuracy
• Tech-savvy and adaptable with new systems
• A problem-solver who thrives on helping others
• Cool under pressure, even on busy days
• Able to juggle calls, chats, and emails effectively
• Positive and energetic in every customer interaction
• Skilled at documentation and detail-tracking
• Motivated to meet goals and deliver results
