About This Role The Nursing Professional Development Specialist at Cleveland Clinic will support nursing education for the Neuro service line, providing direct clinical support and education to caregivers. This full‑time role is ideal for those passionate about teaching and mentoring nurses. Highlights Pay: $69,600 - $106,132.50 annually Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Department/Unit: Neuro service line Schedule: Full‑time, Day shift What You'll Do Design, direct, implement, and evaluate educational offerings based on nursing staff knowledge and skills. Identify learning needs and desires of nursing personnel. Develop and utilize evaluation systems to determine the effectiveness of educational activities. Consult with individuals regarding professional nursing practice and roles. Assist in the development of department‑specific orientation and competencies. Assist departments in orientation of staff. Develop and maintain a cataloging system for teaching‑learning resources. Provide direct clinical support and education to caregivers during unit rounding.
