Job Description
Title: RN II - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Schedule: Nights, 12 hours, 36 per week

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 8 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nursing

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide planning, coordination, and delivery of nursing care to patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
- Administer medications and monitor physiological changes of neonates.
- Address psychosocial needs of patients and their families, providing necessary education and training.
- Supervise and delegate care responsibilities to ancillary personnel according to their scope of practice.
- Engage in cross-training and floating to Pediatric departments as needed.
