SAP FICO Consultant

Role: 10-12 years' experience in 5-6 full cycle implementations of SAP FICO including Product Costing Modules: SAP FICO, ECC 6.0, S/4HANA, New GL, Product Costing, COPA, Chart of Accounts, AP, AR, FA, CCA, PCA, FICO integration with SD, MM, PP. Responsibilities include consulting on the design and configuration of all SAP Finance & Controlling applications and processes including GL, AR, AP, FA, CCA, PCA, Product Costing and COPA, and their integration with SD, PP, & MM modules. Lead the design, development and implementation of global financial and accounting solutions on time, within budget. Lead requirement gathering workshops and document requirements. Demo FICO solutions to client using Conference Room Pilots. Write Functional Specifications for SAP FICO related custom RICEFW objects; unit test and provide guidance in bug fixing. Assist client team in leading the technical effort for Integration testing, UAT, Data Migration, Super-user and End user training, Documentation, and Hyper-care Support. Design and Configure value adding solutions for Product Costing, Inventory valuation and WIP valuation. Analyze financial business processes to provide industry best practices recommendations. Prioritize resources and projects in support of and in response to business requests and appropriate strategic initiatives of the client. Project Management and Delivery skills, managing the work scope, duration, quality & results of 2-3 team members. Solutioning including technical and functional expertise demonstration during client presentations. Provide strong commentary over Finance & Controlling processes in SAP. Subject matter expert that can provide valuable insights to the client.

Role 2: Requirements: 10-12 years' experience in SAP FICO and other core modules of SAP including Implementation, Rollout, Support, and Integration with other systems. CA/ICWA/CPA/MBA in Finance from reputed university. Solution design, Effort estimation, Project Planning. Prior experience with RICEFWs development lifecycle. 5-6 implementations experience in Discrete manufacturing environment using Standard Costing. General understanding of SAP MDM, Solution Manager, SAP GRC, Security concept and Authorization Groups. Experience working in Sprint based Agile SDLC preferred. Prior experience with SAP Activate methodology preferred. Experience in Global conglomerates with multi-location teams, and global solution footprint preferred. Experience in FICO, R2R, New GL, Product Costing, COPA, AR, AP, FI-AA, Bank Reconciliation, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Production Orders needed. Experience working in Manufacturing Industry preferred; experience working in GxP regulated environment or medical devices strongly preferred. Strong experience working collaboratively with various Business Process Owners from Finance and Accounting departments. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
