RN - Patient Flow & Transfers Center Coordinator

University Hospitals

University Hospitals is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Transfer Center in Shaker Heights, Ohio. The RN will perform essential patient flow management ensuring safe and accurate transfers. Responsibilities include coordinating incoming transfer requests and demonstrating technical skills in patient care. Preferred candidates will have ICU or ED experience, possess an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, and hold necessary certifications like Basic Life Support (BLS).
