What We Expect: A valid electrician license with residential and lead experience—you’ve been in charge, not just along for the ride. Confidence reading and working from blueprints and schematics. Physical stamina to work safely and effectively in a variety of jobsite environments. A clean, active driver’s license (no suspensions in the last 3 years – we’ll verify). Willingness to work occasional Saturdays during busy seasons—when the work is flowing, so is the opportunity. Strong communication skills—respectful with customers, reliable with teammates, and clear when taking direction. Zero tolerance for disrespect, laziness, or dishonesty.
