Senior Financial ManagerJoin our team as a Senior Financial Manager and support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) by leading budget formulation, execution analysis, and PPBE inputs. You will analyze financial and manpower data, build multi-year funding models, ensure leaders see shortfalls and risks before they hit.FWI is expanding rapidly and has been recognized as a 2024, 2026 Top Workplace, offering excellent growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.Position is contingent upon contract awardWork Schedule and Location:On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in Linthicum Heights, MD near BWI airport.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze budget execution: obligations vs. plan, burn rates, and anomaliesDraft POM, FYDP, and unfunded requirement inputsBuild five-year resource projection models and alternative scenariosMaintain financial matrices across manpower, RDT&E, procurement, and O&MProduce monthly financial status reports and funding impact assessmentsKeep financial records audit-readyQualificationsRequired:Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenshipBachelor's degree + 10 years relevant experience, Master's + 8 years, or PhD + 5 yearsComprehensive budget and data analysis for financial planning and executionExtensive experience with manpower and budget systems including ABIDES, iRMIS, and PBESDeep knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) processProven collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levelsExceptional written and oral communication and consensus-buildingDesired:Air Force financial management experienceFive-year resource modelingFinancial audit readinessWhy Join Our TeamAt FWI, we place the highest importance on creating an exceptional employee experience.
