Job Details Job Location: HC M - Marshall, TX 75670 Position Type: Part Time Salary Range: $13.50 Job Shift: Any Position Summary and Primary Duties Donor Support assists with donations and helps production staff with daily tasks as directed by supervisor. Tasks will vary daily as set out below in Job Duties. Essential Duties Unload and sort materials in the donation area. Assist with loading and unloading merchandise and equipment as needed. Demonstrate professionalism and presents a friendly, cooperative attitude towards customers and co-workers. Ability to multi-task, make quick decisions and work in a team oriented, fast paced environment. Must be punctual and have dependable attendance. Capable of using work equipment such as broom, mop, furniture dolly, etc. All other duties as instructed by the Production Manager. Qualifications Physical Requirements/Environmental Conditions With reasonable accommodation, must have the ability to: Respond to telephones, written correspondence, and other auditory and visual stimulation. Remain calm under stress and have the emotional and physical stamina to deal with a variety of stressful situations. Frequently sit, stand, bend, kneel, and walk. Frequently lift and carry items up to 40 pounds. Occasionally climb stairs or inclined surfaces.
