Manager of BI & Analytics - Clinical Research

Job Description

This position is responsible for the overall delivery and success of business intelligence and analytics for a large healthcare organization to ensure that analytics solutions drive business value and support data-driven decision making. This role is responsible for management and coordination of BI and analytics products, including: report and dashboard development, data visualization, data transformation, data analysis, advanced analytics products and models, analytics tools administration and data catalog/metadata management across data assets (Epic EHR/Cogito, analytics platform, and other relevant data systems).

Skills and Requirements

-3+ years in a management, supervisory or lead position.

-Experience in a healthcare, provider, or managed care/insurance environment.

-8+ years of experience in IT.

-Bachelor's degree. -Epic certification (Epic Cognito, Caboodle Data Model, Clarity Data Model, Clinical/Patient Access/Revenue Cycle Data Model).

-Microsoft SQL certification, Python certification and/or BI/analytics tool certification (Power BI, SAS, etc.).
