Hours would be Day shift and scheduled Monday through Friday (no weekends)The Patient Access Representative II will support outpatient clinic teams for Wolfson Children's Hospital. This position is in a patient-facing clinic environment. In this position they will be taking full ownership of the tasks related to this position and provides successful outcomes that will enhance the reputation of Baptist Health and ensures a first positive impression from a patient experience perspective.As a Patient Access Rep II, you will be responsible for:Registering patients accurately and efficientlyUtilizing multiple systems and interfaces Cross-Trained in order to work in multiple patient access areasMaintaining service excellence to patients and visitors for face-to-face and telephonic encountersContributing to PAS Goals as defined annuallyPossessing a strong understanding of State and Federal regulations including EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHOMaintaining a professional relationship with all clinical and non-clinical team membersArticulating compliance documentation and ensure completion of required patient consent formsMaintaining patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelinesEducation & Credential Requirements:High school diploma (or higher) RequiredIf you are interested in this PRN, Day shift opportunity, please apply now!Primary Location:Clay - Office Building #J-18808-Ljbffr
