Town Square Kennewick is looking for an experienced senior-care or healthcare professional who is ready to take the next step in leadership.

As our Center Director , you'll oversee the daily operations of our adult day center, lead and support our team, build strong relationships with members and families, and help Town Square continue to grow throughout the Tri-Cities.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, building strong teams, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults and their families.

What You'll DoLead Daily Center Operations

You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of Town Square and help ensure the center runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily center operations
• Maintaining a safe, welcoming, organized, and professional environment
• Ensuring members and families receive exceptional service
• Maintaining appropriate staffing and member-to-staff ratios
• Overseeing facility needs and operational systems
• Identifying problems, developing solutions, and following through

Lead & Support the Team

Our team is at the heart of the member experience.

You'll:

• Hire, train, coach, supervise, and develop team members
• Establish clear expectations and accountability
• Help create a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture
• Oversee staffing and scheduling needs
• Ensure required employee documentation and training remain current
• Support employee engagement and help prevent staff burnout

Maintain Quality, Safety & Compliance

You'll help ensure Town Square maintains high standards for member care, safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining compliance with applicable state, local, and federal requirements
• Ensuring required records, policies, documentation, and reporting are completed accurately
• Maintaining strong safety and quality standards throughout the center
• Working closely with clinical staff regarding member needs, medication management, policies, and member profiles
• Addressing compliance or quality concerns promptly

Build Relationships & Help the Center Grow

Growth is an important part of this position, and it happens by building strong relationships.

You'll:

• Meet with prospective members and families
• Conduct center tours
• Follow up with prospective members and referral sources
• Help achieve enrollment and retention goals
• Develop relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior-care providers, and community organizations
• Represent Town Square at community and business events
• Develop strong referral partnerships throughout the Tri-Cities
• Monitor leads, enrollment, member retention, and other growth goals

Help Manage Business Performance

You'll work closely with ownership to understand how the center is performing and identify opportunities for improvement.

This includes:

• Monitoring center performance and key operational metrics
• Reviewing enrollment, member retention, attrition, and growth goals
• Assisting with budgeting and cost management
• Overseeing required payroll, billing, operational, and financial reporting
• Developing action plans when goals aren't being met
• Helping build a financially strong and sustainable center

Who We're Looking For

You don't necessarily need to already be a Center Director.

You may be an experienced healthcare or senior-care manager who's ready for the next step in your career.

We're especially interested in candidates with experience in:

• Adult day services
• Assisted living
• Memory care
• Senior living
• Home care or home health
• Skilled nursing or post-acute care
• Healthcare administration
• Community-based senior or healthcare services

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in health sciences, healthcare administration, social work, psychology, human services, business, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of healthcare, senior-care, or related experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience working with older adults and individuals living with dementia
• Experience coaching and developing employees
• Knowledge of healthcare or senior-care compliance and documentation
• Experience with staffing, operations, budgets, KPIs, enrollment, or other business metrics
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with members, families, employees, referral partners, and community leaders
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and regulatory requirements

Compensation

$70,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience

Plus performance bonus opportunity based on center growth, quality, team, and operational goals.

Full-time position with occasional extended hours for center activities, special events, and community events.
