Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Tech to our team to accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure as required by Kentucky.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an MRI Technologist in an acute care or hospital setting preferred; experience in a 24/7 hospital environment is beneficial.
• BLS certification current prior to start.
• Must have all client-required certifications prior to start. Client reserves the right to require additional certifications; refer to the LPNT checklist for the most up-to-date requirements.
• Candidates must meet local/commute requirements for travel consideration (60 miles or greater to be considered Travel).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with state-of-the-art MRI equipment and advanced imaging protocols.
• Previous experience supporting neurosurgery, spine, or cardiac imaging programs.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 2300-0700.

As an MRI Technologist placed through Jackson HealthPros, you will support a 295-bed acute care hospital serving an 11-county area in south central Kentucky. You will contribute to services that include advanced neurosurgery and cardiac care programs, working alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians and clinicians.
