MIG Welder
Shift: 1st Shift
Location: Muskegon Heights, MI
We are seeking a skilled and certified MIG Welder to join a growing manufacturing team in Muskegon County, MI. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a dependable professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and is looking for a long-term home.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on a variety of materials and components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality and tolerance standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications
- MIG welding certification required (must be able to produce upon hire)
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial welding environment preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Compensation: Based on experience
