Production Supervisor

Judge Direct Placement is seeking Production Supervisor in Denver, CO area!

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor production supervisors and team members in the implementation of safe manufacturing practices, ensuring awareness of product-related hazards and fostering a culture of accountability
• Optimize production schedules to maximize operational efficiency while effectively controlling labor costs
• Coordinate production requirements with support service teams, including changeovers, preventive maintenance, material planning, and waste management for current and upcoming production schedules
• Communicate and escalate quality and safety concerns across all levels of the organization to ensure timely investigation, resolution, and corrective action
• Champion and actively participate in plant-wide safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
• Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure all products consistently meet Safety, Quality, and Regulatory (SQR) standards
• Ensure compliance with established programs, policies, and procedures to produce safe, high-quality food products that meet all regulatory and company requirements
• Supervise, develop, and coach direct reports by setting performance expectations, conducting evaluations, and providing ongoing feedback and support
• Perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation

Requirements:

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of department operations and procedures
• Ability to understand complex verbal and written instructions
• Working TPM knowledge
