Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience. Learn about customers' needs and recommend the best devices, plans, and accessories. Explain product features, pricing, and current promotions. Complete activations, upgrades, and other sales transactions accurately. Meet or exceed individual sales goals while supporting team objectives. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked. Stay informed on new products, promotions, and wireless technology. Reliable transportation is required for occasional travel between work locations within the Bakersfield area. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
