Healthcare Insurance. Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer(Ab Initio) to design, deploy, maintain, and scale cloud or on-premise big data infrastructure. This role focuses on building high-performance, reliable, and automated data platforms that drive actionable business insights. You will work with relational, NoSQL, distributed, and converged data systems, supporting enterprise-level data initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design and manage data infrastructure (data lakes, warehouses, APIs) for structured and unstructured data. Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, with hands-on Ab Initio experience in Hadoop and AWS. Build data models, apply metadata standards, and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. Conduct statistical analysis, generate actionable insights, and create ongoing reports. Implement best practices for data auditing, quality control, and governance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years in database design, modeling tools, and ETL/ELT development. Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and Python. Strong knowledge of data movement concepts and data exchange formats. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred: Experience with healthcare data systems and compliance requirements.
