East TN food manufacturing plant has immediate need for a Sanitation Manager. The Sanitation Manager will develop the Sanitation program to ensure compliance with food industry regulations. Will schedule all cleaning activities and train staff on proper handling and usage of sanitation chemicals. The Sanitation Manager will oversee an evening crew that will clean the facility when production is not running. Qualified candidates will have 5+ experience in food manufacturing along with a background in sanitation processes. Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus. The Sanitation Manager will interface with several departments including Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Operations, etc. This privately-owned company has a stable customer base and a great plant culture. Looking for a team-oriented Manager who will interact well with various groups to ensure Sanitation compliance.
