Social Media Marketing Manager

About the Role Inno Supps is looking for a Social Media Manager to own our organic social presence across all major platforms. This role is responsible for planning, publishing, and optimizing content that builds brand awareness, grows our community, and supports product launches and business objectives. You'll work closely with Brand, Creative, Influencer, and Performance Marketing teams to bring campaigns to life. Responsibilities Manage the organic social strategy and content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Plan, schedule, publish, and optimize social content aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches. Partner with creative, content, and influencer teams to develop engaging, on-brand content. Monitor trends, identify content opportunities, and recommend new ideas to increase engagement and reach. Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages and escalating customer issues when needed. Track channel performance, report on key metrics, and continuously optimize content based on results. Ensure messaging remains consistent across all social channels. Qualifications 3+ years of social media management experience, preferably for an ecommerce or consumer brand. Strong understanding of major social platforms and current content trends. Excellent copywriting, communication, and organizational skills. Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or fitness is a plus. Editing and design experience a plus. This isn't your average position or Company.
