Loan Origination Assistant [FDM]

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Mortgage Loan Origination Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support our mortgage professionals in delivering exceptional service to our clients while ensuring smooth and efficient loan processes. If you are a licensed professional with a passion for real estate finance and customer service, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities Assist licensed mortgage loan officers in preparing and processing loan applications Gather and verify necessary documentation from clients to ensure completeness and accuracy Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate the loan process Review loan files for compliance with federal and state regulations Coordinate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure timely loan approvals Maintain accurate records of all loan activities and client interactions Stay updated on industry regulations, loan products, and company policies Skills and Qualifications Valid mortgage license in accordance with state and federal regulations Proven experience as a mortgage loan assistant or similar role Strong understanding of mortgage loan processes and documentation requirements Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficiency in mortgage software and MS Office Suite Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Join our innovative company committed to growth, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
