What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems 
• Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups 
• Replace components including capacitors, contactors, motors, thermostats, and more 
• Troubleshoot electrical and refrigeration issues 
• Clearly explain repair options to homeowners 
• Document work performed using our mobile software 
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle 

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience 
• EPA Certification 
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record 
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills 
• Excellent customer service and communication 
• Ability to work independently 
• Professional appearance and attitude
