**Required Experience and Licensure:** - Minimum of 18 months Permanent Labor and Delivery experience prior to travel. - Minimum of 18 months recent Labor and Delivery experience as home unit. - Must have permanent Ohio license or Compact State in hand at time of submission. **Certifications:** - Active AHA BLS & ACLS, NRP required. **Reference Requirement:** - One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. Only supervisory references considered. **Other Requirements:** - COVID-19 and Flu Vaccine: Required with medical/religious exemptions only. - Nicotine: Nurses and CSTs exempt from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements temporarily; all other travelers must be nicotine-free, and a negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. - BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility, but will not accept any traveler with an open case. Facility does not accept any license hits. **Assessment and Testing:** - PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation; an acceptable score on both assessments is required. **Modules:** - 4 hours of modules are billable. Modules are completed pre-start and annually; time needed varies by specialty. Annual modules are billable up to 4 hours for travelers on contract for a continuous year. **Additional Information:** - Extensions: Candidates may extend for 18 months, after which a 6-month break is required unless deferred by client approval. - Important: All required certifications need to be active with nothing pending at submission.
